1.The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of “Strategic Preparedness and Response Program for COVID-19 pandemic” project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of medical equipment for the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Surgery.
- The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites price quotations from eligible bidders for supply of the following equipment:

Bidders may quote for any or all lots. A quotation for a particular lot must contain all items of the lot and 100 % of the required quantities for each item of the lot. Price quotations will be evaluated and contracts will be awarded on Lot-by-Lot basis.
- The Shopping procedures will be applied as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing, April 2019 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18-21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the United Project Management Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 to 17.00 hours (Tashkent time) at the address given below:
- Price quotation must be delivered to the address below on or before 15:00 (Tashkent time), 23.01.2023. Electronic submission will not be permitted. Late price quotations will be rejected.
